Agreement (version 1.1)

THIS SERVICE IS FOR ADULTS ONLY 
(YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 20 YEARS OLD TO PARTICIPATE). 
-Web Match is the service, provided by Esplanade One Co., Ltd.,
 designed for adults to meet and interact.
-To participate in the service, you must agree to all the terms
 of this agreement, which are outlined below;
 Please read this Agreement carefully. 
-By registering and participating in Web Match you verify
 and attest that you are at least 20 years old.

MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION PROCEDURE: 
1.You will fill out our application form.
  We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with
  federal regulations to protect personal information about you. 
2.You will submit a photograph.
3.Web Match will open your profile to our Web Match members 
at our secure web server.
4.Web Match members only can browse your profile on the internet.

Web Match WILL USE BEST EFFORTS TO INTRODUCE AND CONNECT YOU
TO A SUITABLE AND COMPATIBLE MEMBER OF OUR ORGANIZATION. 
-Web Match does not and cannot warrant, either expressly or impliedly 
 that the person or persons introduced to you as part of our services
 will be compatible with you.
-Web Match expressly states that this contract does not guarantee marriage
 or that the persons to whom you are introduced will be compatible with you
 based upon the information we obtain from you.

Web Match DOES NOT: 
-Verify any information gathered in the application form or guarantee
 that such information will be used properly by any party. 
-Chaperone or supervise any meeting which take place as part of
 our service. 
-We do not ensure that such meeting will not lead to disputes of problems,
 monitor or resolve dispute between service subscribers.

Web Match IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING ACTUAL COMPATIBLITY
BETWEEN YOU AND A POTENTIAL PARTNER.
-Web Match TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR IMCOMPTIBLITY OR PROBLEMS
 WHICH MAY ARISE BETWEEN YOU AND OTHER MEMBERS.

REQUIREMENT AND REPRESENTATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP: 
-You further represent that you are not married.
-You agree to provide a photograph that is no more than 6 months old 
 that closely approximates your current appearance. 

TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING RULES: 
-You will provide accurate information in your profile. 
-You will treat information gained through introductions about other people
 as private and will not divulge to others the information you receive
 without permission of the person in question. 
-You will not harass others or use any vulgar, racist, or otherwise offensive language
 to other Web Match members. 
-You will not use any service provided by Web Match to libel, defame, or slander any person
 and you will not use any service provided by Web Match to infringe on the privacy rights
 of any person.
-If there is a change in any of the information that you have provided to Web Match
 then you agreed to change your information in Web Match as soon as possible,
 but no later than seven days after the information changes.

Web Match IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE USE OF ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION
THAT YOU DISCLOSE THROUGH THE SERVICE.
PLEASE CAREFULLY SELECT THE TYPE OF INFORMATION THAT YOU RELEASE TO OTHERS.

No Responsibility for Inaccurate or False Information; 
You agree that Web Match shall have no responsibility and no liability
 in any manner for inaccurate or false information provider by other members.

Communications with Member: 
Except where otherwise indicated in this Agreement, you agree
that Web Match is authorized to communicate with member by way of telephone
for all purposes.
Member agrees to respond within a reasonable period of time to
any telephonic communication from Web Match.

IN NO EVENT, WILL Web Match BE LIABLILE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, 
CLAIMS OR EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE
EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEE.
IN NO EVENT WILL Web Match BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
EXEMPLARY OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE,
OR ACTS OR COMMUNICATIONS BY OTHER MEMBERS.
YOU AND OTHER MEMBERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS AND ANY INFORMATION
YOU MAY DIVULGE TO OTHER MEMBERS.
-You agree at the request of Web Match to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless
 Web Match its officers, directors, employee, agents, and third parties from
 any disparagement, libel, invasion of privacy, or other civil or criminal offense of 
 any third party caused by information gained through your use of the service. 
-Web Match provides the service on an as-is basis without warranty of any kind,
 including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
 Certain jurisdiction: limit the applicability or warranty disclaimers and limitations of
 liability so the above disclaimers of warranty and liability may not apply to you.

IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST TERMINATE
YOUR PARTICIPATION IMMEDIATELY AND CANNOT USE THE SERVICE. 
-By using the service, you agree to all of the Agreement terms,
 Important Note: as an adult, you are solely responsible for the information
 that you provide and for your interaction on with other users of this service. 
-Your membership in Web Match may be terminated at any time and for any reason
 by you or Web Match.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION:
-Membership may be canceled at any time, but no refunds can be given for
 unused membership periods. 
-Web Match reserves the right to terminate the membership without notice to any member
 who fails to comply with this service agreement or the rules of Web Match. 
-Web Match reserves the right to prohibit offensive behavior and Web Match reserve
 no obligation to cancel the membership of any member who does not comply with
 this Service Agreement or the rules of Web Match.

NON-TRANSFERABILITY OF MEMBERSHIP: 
Your membership in Web Match shall not be transferred or assigned in any manner.
You agree that any attempted of actual transfer or assignment shall result in immediate
termination of the membership and there shall be no refund for any unused portion 
of the membership.
